what’s the most important thing
you’d like to talk about today?
“When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too.”
Once an Agreement for our work together is in place, the first time we meet will be a Discovery Session. This is our opportunity to focus on you. Before we meet, I’ll invite you to spend some time reflecting — on who you are, where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you want to go.
In each session that follows, we’ll begin with a simple question: What feels most important for you to talk about today? You shape the agenda. That said, our work together is not without structure. Follow-through matters, and I will check in on key themes, progress, and accomplishments, while also exploring how you are applying new insights, perspectives, and mindsets in your day-to-day life.
Along the way, we may work through a number of short exercises designed to deepen self-awareness and support meaningful change. This may include identifying your values and exploring the role they play in your life, uncovering what truly energizes you, and helping you connect with the wisest part of yourself. For some clients, a leadership-style assessment can also provide valuable insight, strengthening performance and highlighting areas where new ways of being may be needed.
Clients tend to get the most from coaching when they are willing to engage fully in the process — to reflect honestly, step outside familiar patterns, and take meaningful risks. For those focused on career transition, that may also include practical work such as updating a resume, aligning LinkedIn content, and preparing for interviews.
Throughout the process, I am there to support you every step of the way.
For clarity, I am not a therapist, mentor or career counsellor. Each of these professions plays an important role, and there are many qualified professionals who can provide support in those areas.
In all sessions, you are held in a safe container.
You will get the most from our work together when you allow all parts of yourself to show up — the courageous part, the uncertain part, and even the part that may feel afraid.
I work with most clients every two to three weeks in one-hour sessions, scheduled in a way that makes sense for you. While there is always room for discovery during our conversations, some of the most meaningful shifts often happen afterward — as you reflect on what emerged, process the experience, and begin to connect the dots in new ways.
Everything you share is confidential. As an ICF-credentialed coach, I am committed to upholding the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation.
