Preparing for maternity leave

Congratulations! You are about to take on the most important and rewarding role of your life and being able to call on the strongest most resilient part of yourself may be more than just a nice to have.

A shift in routine, priorities and expectations is needed as you transition from your career identity to this new one called Mom. Are you feeling enthusiastic and confident or apprehensive and unsure? Maybe you’re wondering how you’ll make it all work? Or, how you can create an experience that fulfills you.

We’ll create a safe space for you to share all of your feelings and manage any  expectations you hold for yourself.

The approach: Life coaching, with leadership coaching on standby when we need it

How we’ll focus our time: We’ll get in touch with the strongest, bravest most resilient part of who you are – you’re going to want to know she’s close by when you need to call on her. We’ll explore any expectations you hold for this experience, uncover any insecurities and make sure you’re well equipped (and prepared) to ask for help when you need it.
